Development plans for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent image drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and contains a key identifying distinct parts of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.
